Ok you guys Summer is upon us and it's a good time to remember to protect our skin as we spend more time outside. Please note that it is ALWAYS important to wear sunscreen and I am militant about it especially on my face year round but I thought this was a good time to talk about some of my favorite items I use even more in the Summer months.
Supergoop is among my absolute favorite products particularly for Summer. I love the sunscreen both matte and non-matte and I love the CC Cream. The items pictured are always on hand but I also love the sunscreen for your body and the lip balm (I've run out so it's time to stock up!) The reason I love Supergoop products, they are full of minerals, they minimize pores, I use them in place of my primer and for the Matte Screen it really leaves my face shine free! I often use the CC Cream by itself for those days I'm just running errands and don't want a full face of makeup. All of these products are lightweight and don't feel like greasy sunscreen!
The Coola Mineral Face Matte Finish sunscreen came in a FabFitFun box and I just love it. It is a little greasier than the Supergoop and I don't mean that as negatively as it sounds but it is a bit more oily but it absolutely leaves your face matte and it makes me want to try more of their products.
Here's the thing, when it's super hot and I'm super sweaty I want a matte finish on my face but I still want to be hydrated and that is where the Origins Original Skin Matte Moisturizer comes in. Now this does not include an SPF so be sure to add something to protect your skin!!
