I can never really express how lucky I am to have found Tamy, to have her love me, to make a life with me, to go on adventures with me, to put up with all of my crazy and boy is there a lot of crazy. I can never put into words how grateful I am for her, how she saved me, seriously saved me. Now it's time to celebrate her. Celebrate her birthday, celebrate over 40 years making magic at Disney and whatever else she'll let me celebrate I'm celebrating it!!

Forty years at the same company is really something special, you don't see a lot of that anymore, that kind of dedication, that kind of loyalty, it's pretty amazing. It is also where we found each other so I'm definitely glad she chose to work there all these years. She was one of the first people I met when I started my career in costuming, my new co-workers gave me two pieces of advice when it came to Tamy. 1. She doesn't like people and 2. Don't park in her spot. I heeded the parking spot warning but we hit it off pretty fast (I guess I won her over with my charm) Disney will always be special to us not just for those early days when we were getting to know each other and I learned what kind of cast member I wanted to be, but the continued days where we still work, where we still spend our free time, where we celebrate and have fun and vent to each other on the days where things get frustrating and know that we both understand what is happening.

I plan to celebrate all the things we have shared and introduced each other to. Tamy introduced me to the fun of Bike Week, the importance of car maintenance, she constantly reminds me not to worry until there is something to worry about, she keeps me up to date on the weather, she has helped save money and she makes me laugh because I really never know what she is going to say. She listens, really listens and she supports every idea I have. She is at every finish line of every race even when it's cold and raining and awful out. When we first met Tamy claimed to not like ice cream, in fact she once ordered a brownie sundae with the request to "hold the ice cream" I broke her of that and now she eats ice cream and pizza and a whole array of foods she hadn't considered before. The Leonetti clan forced Vegas on her and thankfully she loved it. Together we like the beach and road trips and watching our shows on the couch with the dog. We like to travel and try new things. We love where we live, we spoil our dog together and we constantly celebrate this life that we have created. And I'm lucky - I'm lucky she was born, I'm lucky our paths crossed and I'm lucky she fell in love with me even though I'm completely nuts.

The next week is going to be all about her around here, celebrations, a cruise, being spoiled rotten. I'm going to do as much as I can to show her how important she is, how special she is and how grateful I am. I'm going to spend this week like I spend all the weeks making sure she knows how vital she is, how extraordinary our life is because of her. During this week where we celebrate her 40 years at Disney and her 60 years on this earth please join me in celebrating Tamy, the world is a better place with her in it, not just my world but the whole world. Thank you Tamy for being my absolute greatest adventure!
